University of Oxford – Distinguished Speaker Seminar

The Mahato Foundation actively engages with global academic and leadership platforms to expand knowledge and collaboration opportunities.

In October 2025, our Founder & Chairperson, Diksha Hindoar, received an invitation to attend the Distinguished Speaker Seminar organized by the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

This initiative reflects our commitment to continuous learning, leadership development, and cross-border collaboration with world-renowned institutions.

“Engaging with Oxford’s Distinguished Speaker Seminar offers valuable insights into global innovation, leadership, and social transformation — perspectives that inspire our foundation’s mission.”

McKinsey.org – OHI for Nonprofits Collaboration

The Balram Mahato Foundation has been selected to participate in the Organizational Health Index (OHI) for Nonprofits, a global initiative by McKinsey.org.

This collaboration enables the foundation to leverage McKinsey’s research-backed diagnostic tools to assess and enhance our organizational health — ensuring stronger leadership, better governance, and greater long-term impact.

Through this engagement, we aim to build a data-driven culture that empowers our teams, strengthens internal systems, and enhances our ability to deliver sustainable change for the communities we serve.

“We are honored to be part of McKinsey’s OHI for Nonprofits initiative, which aligns with our commitment to organizational excellence and evidence-based growth.”
